Message if you take two balloons, filled with air, and try and force the air from one into the other, it will only create a larger pressure in the other balloon.

the best thing a recirc can do is balance the pressure between the pre and post turbo intake sections.

BOVs relieve pressure pre and post turbo. the turbo will be much more likely to stay spinning at maximum rpm during BOV venting, then recircing.

Once the Throttle Bodys close, the pressurized air has no place to go. your not venting it, you are putting it someplace else (or trying to). I'm still an advocate of BOVs for proper use. Little faggoty homosexuals wanting a cool sound are just uninformed idiots with no clue. (ttnet "90% ers").
